The event also featured a carcass data panel bringing together respected global Wagyu producers and industry leaders. Macquarie Wagyu’s Anthony Winter was invited to join the panel alongside representatives from HP Wagyu and Wright Pastoral, sharing their experiences and opinions on utilising performance data, genetic advancement, and the continued progress of Wagyu breeding programs internationally.

As Wilders Wagyu shared:

“The afternoon began with a carcase data panel featuring global industry leaders from HP Wagyu (Cam Hewitt), Macquarie Wagyu (Anthony Winter), and Wright Pastoral (Glen Wright), who shared valuable insights on carcass performance and genetic progress across herds worldwide.”

Macquarie Wagyu was honoured to contribute to such a respected international event and to collaborate with progressive Wagyu operations committed to advancing the breed globally.
