Data Proven Genetics

Every calf born is DNA tested, vaccinated and then has whole-of-life data recorded individually to ensure accurate parentage, performance and longterm productivity.

We measure and manage every aspect of breeding and feeding, including regular weighing, detailed data capture and adherence to industry-leading standards.

Complete traceability

We’re committed to complete traceability, from paddock to plate.

Every breeding decision at Macquarie Wagyu is backed by proven performance and carcase data, ensuring we select for the traits that consistently deliver exceptional eating quality.

Alongside this, we are actively developing polled genetics within our herd, combining genetic progress with improved animal management and welfare outcomes.

Built over decades, our carefully refined, end-to-end approach guarantees the authenticity and consistent quality of our Fullblood Wagyu.

We proudly support other breeders by providing access to superior genetics, elite sires and heifers, giving them the opportunity to strengthen their own programs with trusted Macquarie genetics.
